We at R. R. Flexipack Pvt. Ltd. provide a wide range of pouching solutions for multiple industries. Each pouch can be personalized as per the needs of the product. All pouch types and customizing options shown below are an integral part of our product range. We also provide kraft paper pouches of various types with window display to showcase the product. As we further describe our available pouch types, kindly make a note that customizing options shown in all previous pouch types are applicable to current type too. Details given in each type are in addition to previous pouch types.

Cornax

Flow Pack / Center Seal

  • Possible to customize barrier properties as per product needs

  • Ideal for high speed production line packaging machines

  • Available in roll form or as pouches

  • Multi-layer laminate substrate options available in various finishes such as metallic film (silver foil), white opaque or transparent finish pouches

  • Available in matte, gloss or registered matte options.

  • Ideal for a wide range of products across industries which is shown under our "products" section as per each industry that we cater to

  • Possible as combination laminates as well

  • All pouches can also be laminated with hologram films to fight duplication

3 Side Seal Pouches

All our pouches can be tailor-made as per need. As we further describe our available pouch types, kindly make a note that customizing options shown in all previous pouch types are applicable to current type too. Details given in each type are in addition to previous pouch types.

  • Sealed by us on 3 sides in case of pouch form with 4th side being left open for filling of the product

  • Can further customize to add either butterfly punch or D-cut handle for ease of handling and on-shelf display purposes

  • Possible to add a zip for an option of press-to-seal so the pouch can be re-sealed by the end consumer after removing some contents and storing rest for later

  • V-notch can be given on the sides for easy tear purpose

  • Seamless finish on back of the pouch as there are no sealing marks like in the case of center seal pouches

Stand-up pouches

All our pouches can be customized as per need. As we further describe our available pouch types, kindly make a note that customizing options shown in all previous pouch types are applicable to current type too. Details given in each type are in addition to previous pouch types.

  • Good on-shelf display as pouches have ability to stand by itself

  • Possible to add utility features such as a spout of various shapes and sizes

  • Spout is useful for pouring of liquids such as tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, various kinds of other condiments

  • Ideal for multiple products and industries

  • Gives more display area to highlight product features, designs, promotions, etc as it gives 3 faces namely front, back and bottom to display product information or the product itself

Gusset Pouch

All our pouches can be customized as per need. As we further describe our available pouch types, kindly make a note that customizing options shown in all previous pouch types are applicable to current type too. Details given in each type are in addition to previous pouch types.

  • These type of pouches take up less space on the shelf when on display

  • Due to its gusset shape, it gives more space to fill the material inside the pouch as compared to the previous options

  • More space on the pack to give details about the product as essential information can also be written on the sides apart from front and back of the pouch
